You will find prices according to your registration category below :

Please note that the rates are in Euros and 20% VAT included.

The Meeting registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, poster hall, access to coffee breaks during the conference, welcome cocktail at the medieval Ducal house, Gala Dinner at the "Cellier de Clairveaux", lunch, meeting bag and documentation, 2 tram tickets for the travel between your hotel to the conference site. 

Wine congress tour : 30 euros
Accompagning person : 90 euros (include Gala Dinner at the "Cellier de Clairveaux")

Meeting registration excludes hotel accommodations.

 

All cancellation requests should be sent in writing to Mrs Nathalie BANCOD (link here). For cancelations made by :

  • July 15th, 2015 : 100% refund.
  • September 30th, 2015 : 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after September 30th, 2015.
 
All refunds will be processed after the congress. Please note that banking charges will be at the charge of the registrants.

NO-SHOWS : Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (registrants who do not attend the conference with no prior notice of cancellation)

April 15th, 2015 : Opening of online registration and abstract submission
July 31st, 2015 : Closing of abstract submission
August 31st, 2015 : Notification for oral communications and poster

All accepted abstracts are presented as a printed poster or as short oral presentations

If your abstract is accepted, you (or one of your abstract co-authors) are required to:

  • Travel to the Congress, to present your abstract.
  • Attend the International Congress in its entirety from November 02 - 03, 2015
  • Present your abstract as a printed poster (poster dimensions will be provided on this webpage).
  • Abstract presentation dates/times are subject to change; it is therefore advisable to plan to attend the International Congress in its entirety from June 14 – 18, 2015.
  • Abstract presentations are scheduled by category – individual presentation date change requests will not be granted.

  • Maximum one page A4 format 
  • Presentation Title (calibri 14pts, bold)
  • Authors (calibri 12pts, underline presenter)
  • Address of each author (calibri 12pts, italic)
  • 300-320 words (out title and adress)

 

 Poster

  • Posters will be selected by the Scientific Committee
  • Posters will be presented by authors during breaks
  • Posters format: 1 m Height * 0,70 Width
